Steps to Move-on

1. Travel - go to different places, search other people, bond with your family and friends, seeing other faces, and letting go of painful memories.

2. Drink Alcoholic Beverages - just for one night, drink until you drop. Then tomorrow morning when you wake up. go in front of a mirror and say "this is the new me!"

3. Talk with a Close Friend - they help a lot and they can be your hidden energy.

4. Make yourself Beautiful - go to a salon or spa, buy new clothes, go to a gym, etc. and make yourself a new you.

5. Trash all your Memories - put away all the stuff he/she has given to you. burn them.

6. Find a New One - searching for a new one is not wrong, as long as that person is way better than your past.
